There is no conflict of interest as we do not share commission (or receive any other financial benefit) from the real estate agent who you decide to appoint.
We meet with you personally (or arrange a teleconference call for overseas buyers) to discuss your expectations and to fully understand your requirements in relation to the sale of your property. Prior to this meeting we request that you send us as much information as possible about the property you are planning to sell.
